Research & Devlopment

There are around twenty experienced design engineers in our R&D department. By means of IBM hardware and MICROCADAM Helix design system, we always develope new modern can making and canning equipments to meet the continuous requirement in can industry.

Parts Machining Workshop

There are around one hundred skilled technicians operating various kind of precise machine tools in this shop to make the major parts for all SHIN-I products by following the work instruction sheet. Besides, over fifty qualified and trained subcontractors in Taichung area, where SHIN-I located, have been machining some parts for SHIN-I. We can definitely control the quality.

Machining Equipments

All maching equipment are adequately maintained by following daily, monthly and annual maintenance plan to make parts with excellent quality. We keep evaluating our need and purchasing new precise equipments.

Inventory

Assembly Station

By following the assembly instruction sheet, our over one hundred trained assembly technicians put all parts together and make assembly records. Finally, fine adjustment required to make the machine run smoothly on final test stage. The output of each machine should meet the customer's requirement based on drawings or samples. SHIN-I set up his own tooling room capable of making all best quality end stamping dies, DRD punch dies and twist-off cap toolings ... ect. for his various kind of press.

Quality Control

All the measurement gauge are controlled and traced by codes to assure they are always in good condition for our technicians to use daily. Periodical calibration for all gauge are required and performed by our qualified engineers or by national laboratory.

Products Pack-Up

SHIN-I has its own packing department where all the products are packed up into international standard wooden case. All packaging are solid, reliable and qualified for transportation.

After Sales Service

SHIN-I'S technical service department, with over 20 skilled and experienced engineers/technicians, is appointed to provide customers with technical service, after-sales support or spare parts worldwide all the year round.
